Campaign: This cooking event is aimed at highlighting the use of fruit vinegar as an unique ingredient in cooking. 4 vegetarian dishes will be demonstrated by the renowned vegetarian Chef Yap. Participants will also be presented with door gifts, fruit vinegar free tasting, lucky draw, as well as special discount on our items. It is hoped that this event will provide the necessary understanding to the participants about using fruit vinegar as part of their daily lives through cooking.

Chef Yap has a vast experience of more than 23 years in the field of vegetarian cuisines. Her excellent in culinary skills has brought her many awards and honors. Chef Yap has published a lot of popular cookbooks which include 1) Great Vegetarian Cuisines, as well as co-published cookbooks 1) Kuih-Muih Delights Vol.
1, 2) Kuih-Muih Delights Vol.2, 3) Soup of the day, etc.
She also contributes regularly to columns in 1) Famous Cuisine Magazine, 2) Yum Yum Magazine and 3) Feminine Oriental Cuisine Magazine. In addition, her recipes are always highlighted in food magazine and all major newspaper. She has been invited to many cooking competitions as a judge.
