This cooking event is aimed at highlighting the use of fruit vinegar as an unique ingredient in cooking. 4 delicious dishes, cooked using different types of fruit vinegar, will be demonstrated by the celebrity Chef Shirley Ho. Participants will also be presented with door gifts, fruit vinegar free tasting, lucky draw, as well as special discount on our items. It is hoped that this event will provide the necessary understanding to the participants about using fruit vinegar as part of their daily lives through cooking.

Chef Shirley has a vast experience of more than 25 years in the field of culinary art. Equipped with her advance skills, she has established herself as one of the most well-known chefs in Malaysia. Her prove of achievements are simply extraordinary.
1) Excellent Gold Award in the 1997 Asian Cooking Technique Competition (Thailand).
2) Gold Metal Award on Dessert Event in the 1998 World Golden Chef Competition (PWTC, Kuala Lumpur).
3) Excellent Metal on the Most Creative Display Stand in the 1999 (Macau).
4) Bronze Metal in the Dessert Event and the prize in Chinese Cuisine Culinary Performance in the Year 2000 3th World Championships of Chinese Cuisine (Tokyo, Japan).
5) 2002 4th World Championships of Chinese Cuisine (Kuala Lumpur)
Chef Shirley’s reputation in the cooking field has garnered her honour and respect, leading to her having students from all over Malaysia, as well as being a trainer for chef training classes. In addition, she has been invited to present cooking demonstrations China, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Macau, East Malaysia & Singapore. She has been invited onto television programmes for cooking demonstrations and often being invited as a members of the judging panel for various kinds of cooking competitions, such as, together with Leong Chee Keong (Singapore TV Programme Chief Organiser), presented cooking demonstration and acted as a member of the judging committee in the Year 2001 for Astro’s “The Most Modern Creative Cooking Technique Presentation” programme. Besides appearing on television,
Shirley is also actively involved in the publications of materials related to cooking. She has been presenting write-ups on recipes for various newspapers and magazines, such as Oriental Daily, Sin Chew Daily, etc. She was editor for the recipe write up of the Gourment Magazine, conducted and published by Selangor Ku Su Shin Cheong Hung Restaurant Association of Malaysia. In the year 2002, she published the 1st edition of cookbook “Exquisite Desserts & Snacks for Party”.
