Campaign:
This cooking event is aimed at highlighting the use of fruit vinegar as an unique ingredient in cooking. 4 delicious dishes, cooked using different types of fruit vinegar, will be demonstrated by the renowned Chef Margaret Cheng. Participants will also be presented with door gifts, fruit vinegar free tasting, lucky draw, as well as special discount on our items. It is hoped that this event will provide the necessary understanding to the participants about using fruit vinegar as part of their daily lives through cooking.

Chef: Margaret Cheng
Chef Margaret has a vast experience of more than 20 years in the field of Chinese cuisines. Equipped with her excellent culinary skills, she has co-published several popular cookbooks, which include 1) Kuih-Muih Delights Vol.1 & 2, 2) A Cook’s Book of Fish, 3) Mama Recipes, 4) Cakes, Pastries, Savouries, 5) Malaysia Chinese Delicacies, 6) Chinese Cuisines, etc.

Her recipes are regularly published in food magazines and major newspapers, such as 1) Famous Cuisine, 2) Yum Yum Magazine, 3) Y3K, 4) Feminine, 5) Nan Yang Siang Pau, 6) Sin Chew Daily, 7) Oriental Daily, etc.

Chef Margaret has also been conducting cooking class for more than 15 years. Previously, she has conducted classes for the MCA Multi-Purpose Training Centre, several ingredient shops, etc., as well as participated in a charity cooking demo to raise fund for the Spastic Children’s Association of Selangor and Federal Territory.
